The E-voting solution can be online or offline. The offline/Onsite solution adopts two technologies; RFID, and Biometrics. The combination of both technologies provide an offline system with intrinsic voter authentication and instant check for multiple voting and an anti-rigging mechanism. Complementing this system is a web application for real-time display of election results for monitoring by the public/audience.

NIGCOMSAT’s Online Voting System is an indigenous African software solution that guarantees reliable, secure, always-available electronic voting system and ensures voting anytime, anywhere with any internet enabled device. The online solution which is the NIGCOMSAT iDecide® has the following distinct features:

1. Login Page with token authorization
2. Position view with candidate list
3. Confirmation of ballots cast
4. A confirmation email sent after ballot casting
5. Disallowing multiple votes
6. Allowing voters to make selections at pre-specified times agreed by the organization

It adopts a smart card contactless technology and fingerprint for monitoring attendance and access control in strategic installation for public and private establishments. E-Toll System
